Unlock Your Passions & Interest
Recently, I’ve noticed more Changemakers in our circle grappling with a block to unlock their vision, passions, & interest? Some describe it as a heavy cloud obscuring their dreams, while others feel disconnected from their vision of what comes next. As a Coach, one thing is clear to me—discovering the next level is rarely a straight, predictable road. Since many of us are already on the scenic route, why not embrace it fully? Let’s give ourselves permission to seek what I call “fodder.”
Transformation Over Comfort: Breaking Free From the Comfort Zone
Growth rarely happens within the space of comfort. Real transformation—the kind that changes lives and creates ripples that impact the world—requires us to stretch, push boundaries, and explore the edges of what feels safe. It demands that we lean into discomfort and embrace uncertainty, even when it feels daunting. For changemakers, those driven to leave their unique mark on the world, this type of growth isn’t just important—it’s essential. But let’s be honest, it’s also deeply challenging. It requires resilience, curiosity, and a willingness to fail forward. Here’s a Healing Centered Coaching Guide to help you prepare for the journey, push past your limits, and grow in extraordinary ways that redefine what’s possible—not just for yourself, but for the world around you.
It’s Time to Be “Selfull”—Taking Care of You is Taking Care of Community
Leaders, changemakers, advocates—we see you. You’re out there each day working tirelessly to create a better world, to support the community you believe in, to build momentum towards change. But amid the drive, passion, and commitment to others, there’s a challenging truth you need to hear:
Taking care of YOU is just as important as taking care of your community.
This is not selfish. This is what we call being Selfull.

Pause and Focus on Healing in Support of Our Liberated Future
Serving as a Changemaker is a profound and beautiful journey. It demands courage, vision, and persistence. Whether you're rallying for equity, building just systems, or holding space for empowerment, being a driver of change isn’t easy. It comes with challenges, victories, and moments of deep personal growth. But alongside these, it often comes with the weight of responsibility—a weight so heavy that we sometimes forget ourselves in the process. Especially in these times when we are literally witnessing the roll back of so many policies here in the U.S. that were attempting to create a more just world.
If you're reading this, you might be familiar with that weight. Perhaps you're a changemaker committed to building a better future. Maybe you're a justice advocate creating ripples of hope in your community. Whoever you are, I see you, and I’m here to offer encouragement. Today, I invite you to pause and reflect—not on what’s next, but on you.
Prioritizing Presence
Life moves quickly, and it's easy to find ourselves caught up in a whirlwind of to-do lists, distractions, and future-focused thinking. Yet, amidst this chaos, the simple act of being present offers a profound sense of grounding and clarity. Prioritizing presence isn’t about erasing the past or ignoring the future—it’s about choosing to fully live in the moment, appreciating what is here and now.
