About the Blooming Willow Life Coaching Institute Conductors Coaching Certification Program
Blooming Willow’s Conductors Coaching Certification Program is a professionally accredited course designed to equip Changemakers with the tools to lead transformative coaching sessions that foster growth and healing. This carefully crafted 5-month journey not only teaches participants how to build a supportive and inclusive coaching environments but also helps them master 30 Healing Centered Coaching® techniques. These techniques empower clients to Pause, Ground, Align, and take bold, purposeful Action. Accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the program guarantees top-tier training that meets the highest industry standards, ensuring participants are well-prepared to make a meaningful impact.
Upon completion of the program, participants will have gained the necessary skills and knowledge to become certified Healing Centered Coaches, ready to make a positive impact in the lives of their clients. They will also gain access to a community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to promoting healing and growth through coaching.
The curriculum is constantly updated with the latest research and techniques in coaching, ensuring that participants receive cutting-edge training. In addition, the program offers ongoing support and resources for graduates as they continue their journey as certified coaches.
Financing is available for each of our coaching and training programs.
As a Changemaker, you’ll complete 76 hours of training with our team to earn your International Coaching Federation Coaching Certification, including:
20 Live Virtual Class Sessions Facilitated by ICF Healing Centered Coaches
20 Practice Coaching Sessions Completed with Peers and Clients Outside of Class [4 Monthly]
10 Mentor Sessions [3 Sessions 1-on-1 and 7 Group]
5 Coaching Portfolio Assignments [1 Monthly]
Pass the Healing Centered Coaching Oral Competency Assessment • Score 70% or higher

Blooming Willow’s Black Women Conductors Cohort is a safe space for healing, community care and growth for Black Women. During this six month coaching training program, Black Women are able to gather, connect and reimagine communities where Black Women are supported with Healing Centered Coaching® and all people thrive.
