Boldly Blooming: A Coaching Journey for Black Women

Step into your power with Boldly Blooming, a monthly virtual group coaching session designed to empower Black women through the art of pausing. Rooted in Blooming Willow’s Healing-Centered Coaching Framework—Pause, Ground, Align, and Act—this program offers a sacred space to explore, heal, and thrive unapologetically.

In a world that often demands constant action, this program creates a sacred space for reflection, restoration, and intentionality. Each month, participants will explore a unique theme centered around the power of pausing, with practical strategies, guided discussions, and community support to help them integrate these lessons into their lives. The series is a drop-in format, allowing participants to join sessions as their schedules permit, while still benefiting from the cumulative wisdom of the program.

Whether you drop in for a single session or commit to the full journey, Boldly Blooming will empower you to reclaim your power, align with your purpose, and take bold action toward the life you deserve.

Monthly Curriculum Journey

  • This foundational session introduces the concept of pausing as a radical act of self-care and empowerment. Participants will explore why pausing is essential for changemakers and learn simple techniques to incorporate intentional pauses into their daily lives.

  • Rest is a revolutionary act for Black women changemakers. This session focuses on the importance of rest as a form of resistance and renewal. Participants will identify barriers to rest and create personalized strategies to prioritize it.

  • Leadership doesn’t have to mean burnout. This session explores how mindfulness can enhance leadership skills, improve decision-making, and foster resilience. Participants will practice mindfulness techniques tailored for leaders.

  • Pausing often requires saying "no" to what no longer serves us. This session dives into the art of setting boundaries with clarity and compassion, empowering participants to protect their time and energy.

  • In a fast-paced world, stillness can feel uncomfortable. This session invites participants to embrace stillness as a source of joy and creativity, with guided exercises to cultivate inner peace.

  • Participants will reflect on their "why" and explore how pausing can help them align their actions with their values.

  • Change is inevitable, but pausing can help us navigate transitions with grace. This session provides tools for embracing uncertainty and finding clarity during periods of change.

  • Pausing often reveals our inner critic. This session focuses on cultivating self-compassion, helping participants replace self-judgment with kindness and understanding.
