To ensure that Conductors continue to grow and heal as they provide Healing Centered Coaching in communities, Blooming Willow has designed our annual Quarterly Gathering series, an intentional learning community for Alumni. These offerings will rotate based upon the interest of the Conductors Alumni network and will be hosted by Conductor #1, Leslie Avant-Brown along with guest who will enhance our individual and collective learning. Our 2025-2026 Alumni Series, Supporting Healing-Centered Coaching in an Evolving Landscape, is designed to give Conductor Alumni a meaningful opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect with the wider Conductor Community. As we navigate an ever-changing world together, these sessions create a space to share experiences, gain new insights, and foster a deeper connection with peers.

In this series, you'll have the chance to explore fresh ideas and cutting-edge best practices shared by fellow alumni who are leading the way in the field. Each session will provide a collaborative environment where you can exchange strategies and learn practical techniques to help Healing-Centered Coaches address challenges with confidence, creativity, and resilience. Together, we’ll explore how to continue driving positive change, building community, and supporting healing in a dynamic and evolving landscape.
