
Healing Centered Coaching 2.0
Advanced Coach Training Program
Healing Centered Coaching 2.0, is a 2-month advanced coach training program that supports certified and seasoned coaches to pause, reflect, and cultivate a deeper understanding of themselves and their skillsets as Advance Coaches.
This interactive learning cohort provides an opportunity for coaches to brush up on key International Coaching Federation Coaching Competencies, including: establishing a strong coaching agreement, building trust and intimacy with clients, maintaining a confident coaching presence, practicing active listening, asking powerful questions, fostering awareness, and effectively managing progress and accountability.
In addition, students will have an opportunity to be immersed in a Healing Centered Coaching Community that will challenge them to build Healing Centered Coaching skills as they learn to hold a powerful healing space for clients. Participants of this program will be eligible to earn up to 10 International Coaching Federation CCEUs and 2 Group Mentor Hours.

To ensure that there is a baseline of knowledge and experience of students in the cohort, applicants should have one of the following prerequisites:
Alumni of Blooming Willow Conductors Coaching Certification Program

Certified and Accredited International Coaching Federation Coach

Seasoned Coach with 5 or More Years Experience + Some Coach Training

October 15, 2025 – Navigating the 3 Agendas
Go beyond problem-solving—coach the whole person. In this session, we’ll dive into navigating the Transactional, Deeper, and Future Agendas, giving you the tools to uncover the many layers of your clients’ experiences. Learn how to seamlessly balance these agendas in one session to deliver impactful, multi-dimensional support that creates lasting change.
October 22, 2025 – Group Mentor Session
Practice makes progress! Join this interactive session to refine your coaching skills with peers and receive direct feedback from ICF Accredited Coaches. It’s a chance to grow in a supportive and collaborative space.
October 29, 2025 – Exploring Limiting Beliefs
Limiting beliefs are the invisible barriers holding clients back—but with the right approach, you can help them break through. This session focuses on uncovering and challenging those beliefs, empowering clients to replace doubt with confidence and possibility. You’ll learn how to turn barriers into stepping stones, enabling your clients to take bold, meaningful action toward their goals. Let’s help them rewrite their story!
