Yes. The Conductors Certification Program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), meaning it meets rigorous standards for professional coaching education and ethical practice. Participants complete at least 76 hours of training—including live sessions, practice coaching, mentor sessions, and portfolio work—to earn an ICF-recognized coaching certification.
