The Black Women Coach Conductor Certification Program is a 6-month, International Coaching Federation (ICF)–accredited coaching program designed for self-identifying Black women. The program focuses on Healing Centered Coaching® and supports participants in growing, healing, and developing coaching skills that create liberation for individuals and communities.
The program is designed for self-identifying Black women who feel called to leadership, healing, and community service. Participants include Black women working across industries who are seeking a culturally relevant, healing-centered space for growth and professional coaching certification.
The program runs for 6 months, from October 3, 2026 through March 27, 2027, and is conducted entirely virtually. Classes are held on Saturdays, with the first and last sessions running from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM PST and all other sessions from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM PST. The cohort is limited to a maximum of 24 participants.
The total investment for the program is $7,000 USD. Early bird discounts are available for participants who pay in full by June or July 2026. Financing and autopayment plans are also available for the Black Women Coach Conductor Certification Program.
