  • No. Prior coaching experience is not required to apply. The program welcomes changemakers committed to serving and uplifting BIPOC and other vulnerable communities, regardless of previous coaching background.

  • The 5-month International Coaching Federation-accredited program includes:

    • 20 hours per month of reading, practice coaching, portfolio assignments, and video reviews

    • 20 live virtual learning sessions (5 half-day sessions and 15 two-hour sessions)

    • 20 practice coaching sessions (30 minutes each) completed outside of class

    • 10 mentor sessions (3 individual and 7 group)

    • 5 coaching portfolio assignments

    • A Healing Centered Coaching Oral Competency Assessment requiring a score of 70% or higher

    • Duration: March 13, 2026 – July 24, 2026 (5 months)

    • Location: Virtual

    • Investment: $7,000

    • Early Bird Discounts:

      • $1,000 discount if paid in full by November 2025

      • $500 discount if paid in full by February 2026

    • Class Schedule:

      • Fridays: 9 AM – 1 PM PST

      • Tuesdays: 4 PM – 6 PM PST

    • Maximum Participants: 24
